I was born on October 26th 1983 in Caransebes, Romania.
My first contact with sport was at the age of 10, when I joined the local soccer team. Though soccer didn’t turn out to be my calling, it made me realise how much I enjoyed sports.
Then at the age of 16, for the first time, I joined a gym and started training. I can truly say that I have loved it ever since.
In the years that have followed I had the opportunity and the honour to train in different countries throughout Europe under the tutelage of several great trainers, some of which were IFBB (International Federation of BodyBuilders) members. From them I have gained what I believe to be the most important aspect of an effective personal trainer: working knowledge!
In 2008 I graduated and obtained my qualification as a fitness instructor and personal trainer from Ireland's leading educator in health fitness and bodywork therapy, the National Training Centre.
At the moment I am collaborating with top personal trainers and working on several fitness projects.
